Our friendly Poop Patrol tech will text you a 'on the way' message and a follow up message 5 minutes out 'please ensure the pets are inside' before services begin. Customers don't need to be home at the time of the service, but we do ask for easy access to areas that are being cleaned and that no aggressive pets are left out. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning your garden
Your professional poop patrol will arrive and start cleaning up all the poop. Poop Patrol team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog poo. Our team members will also walk your garden multiple times to ensure it's thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog poo.
Safety Procedures
Once your garden is poop free, your poop patrol tech will take a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out and send it to you. Our team members will then spray down all of their clothes and equipment with kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Your poop patrol tech will place the waste in their service vehicle to be disposed of with waste management. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.

Does Poop Patrol clean the entire garden?
Poop Patrol will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back and side gardens, flower beds, dog runs and any other area the dogs are allowed.
Do we provide waste removal services all year round?
Yes! Poop Patrol provides dog waste removal services year round at all of our locations. Whether wind, rain, sleet, or snow, so long as your dog is doing their business we'll be doing ours, we've got you covered. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still pickable.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Poop Patrol. To ensure all dogs are safe, we will send you a text 5 minutes before we arrive asking you to keep your dogs inside during the clean. We clean all our equipment and shoes between each job with kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also ask for your pets to be inside during the clean as we sometimes leave gates open while transporting equipment. At the end of the clean we also take gate photos so you know your pets wont get out of the garden and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
How much does it cost to hire a professional poop patrol?
Weekly Subscription (Most Popular):

Do I have to sign a contract for a poop patrol service?
No contracts. You can start, pause or cancel your service at any time by calling, texting or emailing us.
How do you dispose of the pet waste after each clean?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety. Dog poo is considered a hazardous material. We will take the waste off you property and properly dispose of it with waste management.
Can you clean with my dog in the garden?
While we are dog lovers, please ensure that your dog is within the house while the cleaning is happening. We will give you a text 5 minutes before arrival. Ensuring the safety of our team and your pets is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team you will be asked to put them inside/ remove them, or risk cancellation of future services.
Can I request a specific clean up day or time?
Not currently. We don't provide arrival times for our services. While we do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time.
